Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to support our family office with a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, managing data, and keeping everything in order. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, bill payments, payroll, and more-all while enjoying a comfortable, in-office environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proficiency in Excel.
-Handle scheduling and organization for the office
-Process bill payments and payroll using QuickBooks
-Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
-Work with big bulks of data to provide insights and maintain accuracy
What We're Looking For:
-An up an coming Excel Wizard. You don't have to be perfect at it, but must be able to import large data sets into excel, organize them and make them presentable.
-Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
-Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a calm, laid-back environment
-A team player who enjoys collaborating with kind, easygoing colleagues

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
-Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-QuickBooks experience (preferred)
