Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Associate Attorney with at least one year of experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation to join our team. This role involves representing clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice, and working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury and workers' compensation cases
Conduct legal research and prepare case documents
Interview clients and witnesses to gather information
Develop and implement case strategies
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
Represent clients in court proceedings
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
At least one year of experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation on the defense side
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina
