Nationally recognized civil litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience handling sexual abuse litigation to join their Beverly Hills office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, high-impact cases alongside a dedicated team committed to securing justice for survivors. The firm is known for its compassionate advocacy and proven track record in mass torts, class actions, and individual abuse cases.
Offer:
Salary range: $135,000-$180,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, ideally with sexual abuse or trauma-related cases
Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
Experience managing discovery and conducting depositions
Ability to communicate empathetically with clients and advocate effectively in court
JD from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of sexual abuse cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Manage discovery, take and defend depositions
Appear in court and participate in settlement discussions or trial
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and investigators
Provide compassionate, client-centered representation throughout each phase of litigation
