Attorney - Personal Injury

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Attorney with expertise in Personal Injury law to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in a variety of personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position requires a strong commitment to client service and a deep understanding of legal principles related to personal injury and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to medical malpractice, product liability, and workers compensation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare case strategies and arguments.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court as necessary.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
  • Provide clients with clear and timely communication regarding case progress and legal options.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in medical malpractice, product liability, workers compensation, premises liability, wrongful death, or intentional torts is a plus.
