We are a 30 person, full-service CPA firm on the south side of Kansas City. We offer Tax, Audit, Bookkeeping, and wealth management services to a wide range of clients. we handle clients in the individual, corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. All of the businesses we work with are privately owned. We pride ourself on work-life balance and tend to see busy season hours between 45 and 55 hours. Outside of busy season we have summer fridays off and have a minimum of 3 weeks starting PTO. We are a midsize firm that feels like a small family in the office. We are very collaborative in a laid back, yet professional environment. We have been open since the early 90s and we are still growing.
We are looking to fill a growing need for an incoming audit manger or supervisor. This role will work with clients in both the for profit and non-profit spaces. Most of our clients sit in the $1 million to $50 million range amongst numerous industries, so we would like a generalist.
Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
