Position Overview:
The Closeout Coordinator - Land Development plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of land development projects. This position involves coordinating the closeout phase of projects, ensuring all deliverables are met, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including city councils and utility providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the closeout process for land development projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Manage the documentation related to project closeouts, including final plats, utility approvals, and compliance with city regulations.
Work closely with city councils to secure necessary approvals and permits for project completion.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure all dry utility installations are completed and documented properly.
Act as a liaison between developers, contractors, and municipal authorities to facilitate smooth project transitions during closeout.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development or project closeouts.
Strong understanding of plat coordination and dry utility processes.
