Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial painting projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Prepare and present project proposals, status reports, and budgets to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project activities.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
