Position Overview: The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities with General Contractors and other construction related entities to maximize the company's growth and success. The candidate must have excellent knowledge and experience in Business Development, the Construction/AEC Industry, with experience in the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing markets being a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for business development, contract negotiation, and client relationships.
Identify, solicit, and pursue prospective clients within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing markets.
Manage the solicitation, qualification, and negotiation of contracts with clients.
Cultivate relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent customer service and ensuring their continued business.
Attend conferences, industry related events, and networking functions to increase the company's visibility and develop relationships.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the construction industry.
Create and manage project budgets, set goals and objectives, and track progress and performance.
Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams in order to ensure successful project completion.
Analyze customer feedback and industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Construction, or related field a plus
Minimum of 7 years experience in the business development, contract negotiation, project management, and client relationships.
Strong knowledge and experience in Business Development in AEC industy
Experience with Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing markets among the AEC industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
