Our Jacksonville office is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Civil Litigation Defense department.
The successful candidate will be a part of a team of 120+ lawyers located across the nation.
Our associates have the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Associates will also be able to assist with and lead trials.

Must Have:
1+ years Civil Litigation experience
Good standing with Florida Bar
JD
Additional Qualities:
Experience in defense position
2nd chair experience
Experience in slip and fall, trucking, construction
Personal injury litigation
