Job Title: Environmental Remediation Superintendent
Location: Denver, CO (4+ year Project)
Hours: Full-Time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $85,000 to $120,000/year 

The Environmental Remediation Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all construction and remediation projects. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all applicable regulations. This position will serve as the primary liaison between the client and project stakeholders, and is expected to provide strong leadership and direction to project team members.

Position Overview: The Environmental Remediation Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of construction and remediation projects. This position will also serve as the primary liaison between the client and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and Federal Project Experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, environmental science, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the project schedule to ensure all milestones are met.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely and efficiently within budget.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Oversee the daily operations of the project, including the coordination of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in the resolution of any project related issues.
