- Meet with contractors to determine scope of work
- Design/estimate projects according to layouts from architecture and engineering firms
- Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates and determine project constructability
- Develop positive and ongoing relationships with Customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with division manager assistants, project engineers, the purchasing department, warehouse personnel, and the safety department
- Work with project engineers for closeout documentation
- 5+ years construction project management experience in electrical, fire alarm, or similar technologies
- Ability to manage numerous projects concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Notifier experience (preferred), FA2 license is a plus
- AutoCAD, NICET Certification (preferred)
