Alexa, tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?

To be honest, I get pretty excited about all the job matches I make because I know I am positively influencing the lives of others. However, one recent placement with an entry-level candidate stands out above the rest.

About a month ago, a manager from one of my best clients gave me a call to let me know that he had a Front End Developer position opening up. He wanted an experienced developer who had worked with the newest technologies that would also be a perfect culture fit. After listening to exactly what this manager wanted, I found who I believed was the perfect candidate. While the candidate happened to be a few states away waiting to attend his college graduation, the client trusted my screening process and my expertise enough to fly the candidate out for an onsite interview after only one phone interview. And he did indeed turn out to be the perfect match! My client was thrilled with his technical abilities and personality. As for my candidate, he was excited about his awesome starting salary and has moved into the city with family!

What drives you to go above and beyond?

Aside from the unlimited growth and financial possibilities available here, I really value creating a good name for myself and CyberCoders within the industry. I want to consistently outdo myself so that when companies have a tough role open up, they think of me and they think of CyberCoders.
