Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in automotive, property, municipal, insurance defense, business/corporate, civil rights, and/or family litigation. This role will involve representing clients in various legal proceedings, coordinating litigation strategies, and collaborating with a dedicated team of attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Develop and implement litigation strategies and case management plans
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support arguments
Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and options throughout the litigation process
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case resolution

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
3+ years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the specified areas (open to more experienced candidates as well)
