We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside seasoned attorneys on challenging and meaningful cases.
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case intake through trial and appeals
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and motions
Organize, review, and manage documents for production and trial preparation
Coordinate and manage deadlines for filings, discovery, and hearings
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness coordination
Maintain client communication and provide regular case updates
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or legal department
Proficient with litigation processes, court rules, and e-filing procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., Clio, Relativity, or similar case management tools)
Paralegal certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies preferred
