Position Overview
We are one of the largest and longest standing independent brokerages in the Southeast. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Commercial Lines to lead our remote Commercial Lines team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial lines operations, ensuring excellent client service, managing departmental budgets, and driving growth within the department. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of insurance and brokerage, and a passion for developing talent within the team. This is fully remote job from the following states: Alabama, Missouri, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
