Job Title: Executive Assistant

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, helping them to manage their schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate various projects. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other staff or external stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Assist with project management tasks, particularly in relation to construction and land development initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as catering, room bookings, and technology setup.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in scheduling and calendar management.
  • Background in construction, land development, or affordable housing is a plus.
