PM/Estimator/Bus. Development for Protective Coatings

Since our founding in 1974, we have focused on preventing water intrusion into buildings. We are a design/build company that specializes in energy-efficient, completely sustainable weatherproofing solutions that are specifically suited to address the needs of our clients. We provide single-source guarantees for any system we create. In addition to being a Master Painter, SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist, and State of Florida certified roofing contractor, we also evaluate concrete coatings.

Position: Pm/Sales/Estimator

The PM/Sales/Estimator will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to waterproofing and weatherproofing. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, sales, and estimating to ensure successful outcomes for both the company and clients. The ideal candidate will also possess strong business development skills to help grow the company's client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects related to waterproofing and weatherproofing from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Create accurate and detailed project estimates
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Report on project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in waterproofing and weatherproofing projects
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Salary: $70k-$95k DOE
