Project Manager

Position Overview
We are one of the largest and most recognizable residential home builders in the nation. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships and project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients, detailing progress, budget, and timelines.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience with residential construction projects, including single family, townhome, and multifamily homes.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, phases, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
