Administrative Specialist - Special Projects

Position Overview
The Administrative Specialist for Special Projects will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and execution of various special projects within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with different teams, particularly in residential project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing special projects related to residential initiatives.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Support the administrative functions of the team, ensuring efficient flow of information and processes.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations for project updates and proposals.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate project objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of residential projects and their coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of real estate and multi-family housing is a plus.
