Administrative Specialist - Special Projects

Position Overview
The Administrative Specialist for Special Projects will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and execution of various special projects within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with different teams, particularly in residential project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing special projects related to residential initiatives.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
Support the administrative functions of the team, ensuring efficient flow of information and processes.
Conduct research and prepare presentations for project updates and proposals.
Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate project objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of residential projects and their coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of real estate and multi-family housing is a plus.
