I began my career juggling two part-time jobs in college: one as an analyst for a local real estate appraisal firm and the other as the San Diego representative for Warner Music Group. After graduation, I channeled my entrepreneurial spirit into founding and running a successful event company, which I led until the COVID pandemic. During the pandemic, I pivoted to sales, building my skills at tech startups where I advanced from SDR to AE roles. Through these experiences, I discovered a passion for helping individuals and companies achieve their goals and unlock their potential. Guided by mentors and colleagues, I transitioned into the recruiting industry, where I could blend my sales expertise with my drive to make an impact.
