I was born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina. Upon graduating from the University of North Carolina, I began my career in sales with FedEx Custom Critical as a truckload brokerage specialist. In doing this I gained a strong understanding of the relationship between company and individual and how imperative it was to maintain constant and accurate communication with both parties involved.
