- Supervises all field personnel on a project and ensures that projects are built in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Oversee the work of carpenters, workers, and subcontractors.
- Responsible for ensuring that the necessary materials, tools/equipment, information, and personnel are on the jobsite in the appropriate location and on schedule. - - Responsible for all communication and forms such as daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports, and so on.
- Supervise the work being done, direct the subcontractors, and schedule everything in accordance with the project timeline.
- 5+ years of ground up Commercial Construction experience
- OSHA Certification(s)
- Further Degree/Education preferred, not required!
