Job Title: Senior Audit Manager - Construction Heavy

We are an 80 employee firm located in DMV area. We are a full service CPA firm that offers Tax, Audit, Bookkeeping, Business Consulting, and Wealth Management services. We work with a wide range of industries from small to middle market for-profit businesses, non-profit entities, government contractors, and state and local government municipalities. We are a top 300 firm that is continuing to grow. We offer a wide range of benefits from unlimited PTO, limited busy seasons (50-55 hours), paid OT, path to partner, flex hours, and remote capabilities. We do have fully remote employees around the U.S. Although, for this role we would like someone in the area that can be in the office once or twice a quarter.
For the Senior Audit Manager/Director role we are looking for a CPA with 10+ years in public accounting and extensive experience working with construction Audit clients, among other industries. While we do have a higher number of construction clients, this is a generalist role working with both, non-profit, for profit, and government clients.
