Requirements: 10+ Years as a Construction Superintendent with good experience on Multifamily projects

With 50+ years in business, we are a 300 person General contractor and have a wide range of construction projects primarily in the multifamily space.

We are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Superintendent with a heavy focus in multifamily projects. Our projects range anywhere from $5 million to $80+ million. This person should have a strong background in wood frame builds exceeding $20M.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects
Schedule and manage daily activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion date
Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards

What You Need for this Position

10+ years experience as a Superintendent for Multifamily General Contractors
Ability to travel to project job sites within the Cary area
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
