Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $150k-$180k
Requirements: 10+ years as a Project Manager. We are seeking candidates who have good experience any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Municipal (Schools, etc.), industrial, etc.

We are a 300-person GC and currently hiring for an experienced Senior project manager. We offer stability and have consistent upcoming projects already planned for the next 24 months.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee all phases of the project(s) and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.

What You Need for this Position

8+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager
Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Municipal (Schools, etc.), industrial, etc.
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
