Compensation: Base $160K-180K + Bonus Opportunities

Position Overview
We are seeking a "Seller-Doer" to join us as a Senior Project Manager. We want someone to locate, bid, win, and then run their projects from inception to completion. If you bring the plan and book of business, we will provide you with all of the resources you need to be successful with our 20+ year tenure. We will not be providing ongoing projects for you to manage, but will provide you with everything you'll need to complete your own projects under our umbrella.
Key Responsibilities

Bid and win on new commercial work in the Bay Area.
Lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Utilize Procore and MS Project for project management and reporting.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.

Qualifications

Must have your own book of target business, projects will not be provided.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
10+ years in the commercial construction industry.
7+ years project management experience
5+ years team management
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and regulations.
Experience on Bay Area projects.
Proficiency in project management software, particularly Procore and MS Project.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
