Operations Supervisor

Position Overview
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and manage a team to achieve production and quality goals. This role is critical in maintaining operational standards and driving continuous improvement in processes related to aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and manage staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Implement scheduling strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and aerospace industry regulations.
Coordinate maintenance and operation of vending machines and Autocrib systems.
Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance skills and performance.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations supervision, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Strong knowledge of scheduling and inventory management techniques.
Familiarity with AS9100 standards and regulatory compliance in aerospace.
Experience working with vending machines and Autocrib systems is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
