Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing excellent service to our clients. This role is critical in helping individuals and businesses navigate their tax obligations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Conduct tax research to stay current with tax laws and regulations.
Assist clients with tax-related inquiries and provide guidance on tax planning.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related activities.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Experience in tax preparation is a plus.
Previous experience in public accounting is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
