Tax Manager - Hybrid

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will oversee tax compliance and planning, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service while adhering to all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation and review of individual and business tax returns
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax law changes
Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters and concerns
Assist in the development of tax strategies to minimize liabilities

Qualifications

CPA or EA designation is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review
Strong understanding of individual and business tax returns
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
