Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
Ensured compliance with all tax regulations and laws
Provide tax planning strategies and advice to clients
Review and analyze financial statements and tax returns
Coordinate with outside auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
Develop and implement tax compliance processes and procedures
Stay updated on tax legislation and trends to provide informed advice to clients
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and interns

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or EA designation required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or public accounting
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
