Job Location: Traveling within Texas
Salary: $150k-$175k + per diem + Benefits + Bonus
Requirements: We are hiring for an experienced Project Manager with good experience / well rounded background on commercial and/or industrial projects

We are currently in need of an experienced project manager. We offer stability and have consistent upcoming projects. We have a wide range of commercial/Industrial construction projects ranging from $20M - $60+ Million.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the project team throughout the construction process
- Create, monitor, and update project timelines, identifying deliverables and assigning tasks to team members
- Develop and execute contracts with project owners and subcontractors in accordance with project scope
- Take ownership of any project issues that arise and quickly resolve them in a professional manner, involving relevant parties as needed
What You Need for this Position
- 10+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Commercial and/or Industrial construction projects ideally exceeding $20M+
- Ground-up projects
- Self-motivated
